Stranded Struggle

A tourist has visited a city, as part of his tour plan, but soon after starting his journey he was robbed by a mob of unknown people. These strangers saw an opportunity in the form of a foreign traveller to improve their lives. Despite the robbery, the tourist received no assistance from the police or local authorities. Consequently, he resolved to collect money on his own in order to safely return home.
